1 - Ein unidentifiziertes Flugobjekt nähert sich dem Nordturm des World Trade Centers. Das [Triebwerksgeräusch] des Objektes ähnelt dabei eher einer [Missile] als einer [Boeing 767].
1 - An unidentified flying object is approaching the North Tower of the World Trade Center. The [engine sound] of the object is thereby rather similar to a [missile] than to a [Boeing 767].
2 - Es nähert sich weiter und wirft dabei einen leichten Schatten an die Wand des Turms. Das Flugobjekt erscheint hierbei etwas zu klein für eine Boeing 767.
2 - It gets even closer and in doing so it casts a faint shadow on the wall of the tower. The flying object appears thereby a little bit to small for a Boeing 767.
3 - Plötzlich verändert das Flugobjekt seine Form. Die Flügel verschwinden, die Nase wird länger.
3 - Suddenly the flying object changes its shape. The wings disappear, the nose gets longer.
4 - Zwischen Flugobjekt und Turmwand kommt es zu einer Leuchterscheinung in Form eines blitzartig, kurz aufflackernden Nebels. Dabei hat das Flugobjekt offensichtlich keine Ähnlichkeit mehr mit einem Flugzeug.
4 - There is a lighting phenomenon in shape of a brief flash, like a flickering fog between the flying object and the wall of the tower. Obviously there is no similarity any longer between the flying object and an airplane.
5 - Der Nebel ist wieder verschwunden. Das Flugobjekt steht kurz vor der Wand des Turms und wirft nun einen massiven Schatten auf diese Wand. Weder die Form des Schattens noch die Form des Flugobjektes erinnern dabei an ein Flugzeug.
5 - The fog has disappeared again. The flying object is now right in front of the wall of the tower and it casts thereby a massive shadow on that wall. Neither the shape of the shadow nor the shape of the flying object are thereby reminiscent of an airplane.
6 - Das Flugobjekt verschwindet in der Wand, der massive Schattenwurf wird schwächer.
6 - The flying object vanishes into the wall, the casting of the massive shadow fades away.
7 - Nun bilden sich an der Wand drei punktförmige Explosionswolken aus. Eine im Bereich jeder Flügelspitze, eine im Bereich des Rumpfes. Dabei bleibt der Bereich zwischen rechter Flügelspitze und Rumpf von einer Explosion anfangs noch verschont.
7 - Now there are three punctate explosion clouds coming up on the wall. One in the area of each wing-tip, one in the area of the fuselage. Initially the area between the right wing-tip and the fuselage is spared by an explosion.
8 - Etwa zwei Sekunden nach dem Einschlag. Es verbrennen gerade schlagartig mehrere Tonnen Kerosin. Dadurch entsteht eine mittelgraue Staubwolke ohne jede sichtbare Flamme.
8 - Approximately two seconds after impact. Several tons of kerosine are just burning here at once. As a result a medium-gray dust cloud is produced without any visible flames.
9 - Etwa neun Sekunden nach dem Einschlag. Der graue Staub hat sich verzogen, das Einschlagloch steht nun über seiner gesamten Breite gleichmäßig in Flammen. Es ist kein Unterschied erkennbar zwischen dem Einschlagbereich der Flügel, der Flügelspitzen und des Rumpfes. Zur Erinnerung: Die Kerosintanks eines Flugzeuges befinden sich hauptsächlich etwa im innenliegenden Drittel beider Tragflächen.
9 - Approximately nine seconds after impact. The gray dust has dispersed, the impact hole is now symmetrically on fire over its entire width. There is no difference recognizable between the impact area of the wings, the wing-tips, and the fuselage. Keep in mind: The kerosine tanks of an airplane are primarily located roughly in the inner third of both airfoils.
10 - Rund einundzwanzig Sekunden nach dem Einschlag. Im Bereich des linken Flügels ist das Loch wieder tiefschwarz ohne jedes Anzeichen eines Kerosinfeuers. Nur im Rumpfbereich sind noch ein paar leichte Flammen sichtbar.
10 - Around twenty-one seconds after impact. In the area of the left airfoil the hole is deep black again without any sign of a kerosine fire. Only in the area of the fuselage are still a few slight flames visible.
11 - Auf der Nahaufnahme des Einschlaglochs sind keinerlei Trümmerteile eines Flugzeuges zu entdecken. Das gerade eben noch brennende Kerosin hat zudem auf den Trümmerteilen des Gebäudes keine nennenswerten Brandspuren hinterlassen. Alle Trümmerteile sehen weitgehend rußfrei aus.
11 - The close-up of the impact hole shows not any fragments of debris of an airplane. In addition the kerosine just burned a few moments ago did not leave any considerable traces of a fire on the debris of the building. All fragments of debris are to a large extent free of soot.
Zusammenfassung: Wir haben hier also ein Flugobjekt, das nicht nach einer Boeing 767 klingt, nicht wie eine Boeing 767 aussieht, das seine Form verändert, einen Blitz generiert, beim Einschlag mehrere punktförmige Explosionen erzeugt, keine Trümmerteile hinterläßt, und dessen Kerosin, anstatt Ruß zu erzeugen, mit einer großen, grauen Staubwolke verbrennt. Ist das nicht irgendwie sehr seltsam?
Summarization: So we have a flying object, which does not sound like a Boeing 767, does not look like a Boeing 767, which changes its shape, generates a flash, creates some dot like explosions at its impact, leaves no fragments of debris, and whose kerosine, instead of creating soot, burns with a large gray dust cloud. Isn't this somehow very strange?
